Prior to ordering roomi & me products, please read these Terms and Conditions, as these are subject to change without notice.

All prices listed on the roomi & me website are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST. Payment can be made online using credit card or PayPal. Products will not be dispatched until the entire payment has been received by roomi & me. 

Please note that the pricing and information on our website and social media is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced on our website or social media, due to a typographical or supplier error, roomi & me has the right to cancel orders placed where product prices were listed incorrectly. In this case where you have been notified, you have the right to either accept the new price or cancel your order made. In the event you cancel your order, you may select whether you would like a refund or a store credit. For any custom orders, these cannot be refunded and you cannot receive a store credit for these.

When your item is confirmed at checkout, roomi & me will process your order followed by you receiving an email with both your invoice and order confirmation details.

roomi & me cannot guarantee the delivery time of your items, however will provide estimates as accurate as possible. We are not liable or responsible for any items that have been lost due to incorrectly entered postal details.

roomi & me may contain typographical errors or inaccurate information due to the website not yet being updated. However roomi & me will not provide any warranties in relation to the reliability, content or accuracy of the information or material on the website, social media or other platforms. roomi & me will not accept any liability for damage or injury that may be caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from us, and those imposed by the statue of the Trade Practices Act 1974. roomi & me will accept no liability for any loss, including consequential loss suffered by you that may have arised from the services and/or items we have supplied you with. The maximum liability for any order supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise will not exceed the amount payable by you to roomi & me in respect of the order and products in question.

roomi & me will not be held liable for any damages, claims, actions, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of this website or any other website that may be linked to this roomi & me website.
